Rhonda L. Downey  CA, CPA, MSM       President

Rhonda is a Chartered Accountant and Certified Public Accountant with over nineteen years experience in finance and operations. She holds a B.A. degree from the University of Toronto (double Major in Commerce and Economics), and a Master of Science in Management degree from Purdue University in Indiana. She has held positions of increasing responsibility at KPMG (a major public accounting firm), in the treasury and financial planning department at Maclean Hunter (formerly a major publications/cable company), and for nine years Rhonda worked at a United Technologies (market capitalization of over U.S. dollars 70 billion) subsidiary.  Rhonda’s tenure at the subsidiary of United Technologies, Otis, included positions in Sales, Financial Management, Branch Operations Management, and Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A).  Operationally she was a branch manager with thirty unionized employees in Toronto and grew the branch's profit by over 20% in two years.  Rhonda was part of the M&A team, which included extensive experience in the valuation of companies, due diligence and aiding throughout the negotiation process, ultimately resulting in dozens of acquisitions.

Rhonda is the President of Regellle Partners, a boutique Mergers & Acquisitions Firm that she founded in 2004, using her past buyer experience to help her clients sell their businesses for maximum value.  She takes tremendous pride in her work, providing the professional level of service that is normally available to public companies.  She feels the most rewarded when after the deal is closed, her clients are very happy and tell her, "We could have never done it without you!".

Keith R. Bauer
CPA, MSM - Founding Partner
Keith has over eighteen years of financial and operating experience.  He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business degree from Indiana University (Major in Accounting, Minor in Economics) and a Master of Science in Management degree from Purdue University.  He has held various progressive positions in management with a Big 5 Accounting firm, Fortune 500 and privately held firms. In his various capacities, Keith has coordinated due diligence reviews for clients and his employers. Keith has worked extensively with investment bankers in the sale of over 160 convenience stores.  Outside of investment banking activities, he has made significant contributions in quantitative-based decision analysis, inventory management, payroll management and logistics initiatives.  His comprehensive approach to identifying business issues and solutions has resulted in million dollar savings and efficient operational solutions. Keith acts as a consulting resource for Regelle.

J. Gary Doody - Marketing Manager - Gary has over 27 years of sales and client professional services.  He was employed for over 15 years at Warner Bros. which included management of a multimillion dollar sales department with clientele ranging from large corporations to owner/operators across Canada.  His entrepreneurial nature led to the founding of his own successful company of 12 years.  Starting from ground zero to over a million dollar business in an extremely aggressive marketplace, solidified his successful and dedicated nature with the highest levels of excellence in service.  His sales, marketing and advertising expertise combined with his business acumen has made him a formidable global sales force.

Annie Lu - B.Sc Analyst - Annie has over five years of providing analytical service in the technical industry.  She holds a Bachelor of Science at the University of Toronto (Double major in Computer Science and Commerce and a minor in Economics).  She has provided consultation service, assistance and played a key role to the implementation of new software (at a privately held advertising firm) which serves over 1000 clients across North America.  Most recently, Annie has worked at one of Canada’s leading retail companies as an analyst/software developer where she maintained and improved applications by evaluating business needs, analyzing requirements and developing software systems.  Annie acts as an Analyst resource for Regelle Partners.
